A cyber-secure cloud experience requires updated versions of established software and entirely new software. The objective is to monitor all cloud services used by the business to check who has used them, what data has been moved and to where, if there have been any breaches, if any data has been stolen or altered, and if any networks or systems have been infected with malware. At the same time there has to be close co-operation between the IT and security teams to ensure there are no conflicting aims.
